Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore,  you can request a refund no problem!

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can also request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund by sending us an email clicking HERE. We will arrange a free pickup.

*You can submit refund requests within 365 natural days after your purchase. You can do it by sending a message on our Contact Us page.

After we receive the product your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so, for organization process, of course.

 What happens with the product when it is returned to you?

All returned products are decomposed and ethically recycled. We do not pack and sell used products.

Shipping Times

What are your shipping times? When will I receive my order?

United States

Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of only $7.99 USD. Domestic orders over $100 USD are eligible for free shipping!

– Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 Business Days
Express Shipping: We do not offer express shipping at this time.

– Processing Times: 24 Hours (Except Weekends & Holidays)

International

We do not ship internationally at this time. We ship only within the continental United States. We plan to ship internationally in the near future.

Order Issues

My order shipped but I need to change the address.

We normally ship our products with UPS or USPS so, you should still be able to update your address by calling them. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be canceled and refunded; you will be notified if this happens.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

We will be more than happy to change your order’s shipping address! Please email our Customer Care team within 2 hours after placing the order by clicking HERE with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

Can I change the billing address on my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order.

Can I change the email address on my order?

Yes! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address.

Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

No, unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours. Please understand that orders must be canceled before shipping. After your order is shipped it cannot be canceled. Contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE. Please don’t forget to provide us your order number.

I received the wrong item.

We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number, a picture of the incorrect items you received, and a picture of the packing slip with the stamped initial visible. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

I am missing item(s) in my order.

Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and a list of the missing products. Please make sure to include a photo of the items you did receive and a picture of your packing slip with the stamped initial visible. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

I received a broken item(s) in my order.

Oh no! Please email our Customer Care team HERE with your order number, the names of the broken item(s), and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will get back to you as soon as possible.
